Commissions

Commissions are the life blood of Brads Sketch Pad and everything else is centred around them. Topics range from large expressive abstract pieces through to highly individual and intricate tattoo design. Most people come to us however for painted caricatures and portraits. Whether it be a famous face or loved one celebrating a special occasion we cater for all.

I have three standard commission sizes for my paintings; 9" x 12" is £40, 12" x 16" is £75 whilst I also do a larger 16" x 20" for £125. *This should be seen as a base price only for up to 2 subjects on a relatively straightforward background. Please note that more complicated requests will need to negotiated before work begins. All pieces are hand painted in acrylics on canvas and take between 7 - 20 hours depending on size and complexity. This price excludes postage if needed.

I normally ask for eight weeks notice in advance to guarantee completion but will look to accommodate shorter time frames if necessary. I ask for two good photographs to work from and a short written description of what you are looking for.

Eye colour will also need to be confirmed.
